We subtract 0.5 km / h for traffic lights, stops and subtract additional 0.5 km / h for crossings (exits from the metro) and bypasses of buildings. Total: the average speed “to and from work” will be 5 km / h In 1 minute a person will walk 83.3 (3) meters (5000 meters: 60 minutes). For simplicity of counting, we will fix 83 meters in 1 minute and take this figure as the main calculation for the project.

Clarification 2:

The location of a business center inside the MCC is an undeniable advantage over similar facilities outside the MCC. This judgment is based on the fact that there is no identical “home” location for all employees of the same building.
