MGTS

MGTS ("Moscow City Telephone Network") is one of the largest operators of local wire communication in Europe, was established in July 1882. MGTS is part of the MTS Group, the main shareholder of the company is MTS with 94.7% of shares.

Over the years of its work in the capital market, MGTS has gone a unique way from the first telephone exchange in Russia with 26 three-digit numbers to the leading telecom operator with all relevant telecommunication services: mobile and fixed communications, Internet access, digital TV, video surveillance and others.

MGTS is also a partner of Moscow in large infrastructure projects for the city: provision of communication channels for video surveillance systems at polling stations of various elections, connection to high-speed communication channels of transport interchange hubs, university dormitories, traffic lights for the city, Moscow Central Ring Road (MCC), providing communication channels for online broadcasting of matches from the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
