The business centre is located in the Eastern Administrative Region in the Socolnik area. The advantage of the location of the building is a convenient ash access from the subway: the nearest Socolnik station can be reached in 8 minutes by an unsuccessful step. A few kilometres from the building runs the TTC, which ensures easy transport.
