Ten leases are proposed. It's worth noting that all the rooms are in a state of "discharge." There's a model floor area on the plan. It's a five-year lease. It is possible to separate the floor: two blocks for 1,780 square metres, on 990 square metres and 2,570 square metres.
The building complex of the A.C. and Co Condite Company was built at the end of the nineteenth century on the French architect ' s project Oscar Didio, who opted for the uncharacteristic style of facades in Moscow of that time using the actual red brick. The factory was completely advanced and became the first electric company in the capital: at night, the Moscows were going to see the bright facades of buildings in the bags lighting electricity. Fabric Siu was one of Russia ' s largest conditers and produced more than 300 product names, many of which were novel to the Russian market. After the nationalization of the Siu Factory, the new name was Bolshevik, a brand that loved and knew in modern Russia. Following the transfer of production capacity to the Vladimir region, a large-scale renovation project on the British Architectural Office project John McAslan+Partners was launched in Bolshevik territory.
Bolshevik today is a cultural and business complex at the international level with a class A business centre, a Russian empressionism museum, housing units and a pedestrian recreational zone.
