It's proposed to sell the whole building. The building is designed in a single style combining unique architectural techniques and comfort atmosphere for staff and guests. Fasads are carried out in a special composite structure: on the west side of the wall are removed from the drainage system, on the eastern side of a multi-layer structure where the sheets and windows are vertically and horizontally aligned. The building is marked by a ceramic brick, the final blocks of the first and last floors have increased proportions, which gives the building a composite closing. The main entrance, shopping areas and restaurants are on the first floor in the deepening of the facade.
