The culinary heritage of Georgia, passed down from generation to generation for millennia, is passed on to the guests of the restaurant by the chef David Chania, who has retained the good name of the restaurant since the times of TETRI. Its main goal is to follow the recipes of authentic Georgian cuisine in their original form.
