The Invest Project company started its activity on December 15, 2005. On December 28, the company released its first valuation report. The next few years of the company's development can be characterized as a systematic gradual growth. The staff has doubled, departments for the valuation of residential real estate, for the assessment of commercial and business valuation were organized.

Based on the results of its activities in 2009, the company for the first time entered the list of the largest appraisal companies in Russia (according to RA Expert). In the same year, the company was ranked 44th in the rating of the most strategic appraisal companies in Russia (according to the Institute for Economic Strategies of the Russian Academy of Sciences). In 2010, the company became a Laureate of the Professional Recognition competition in the Best Real Estate Appraisal Company nomination.

In the ranking of appraisal companies according to RA Expert, the company has risen to 19th place. 2016-2018 The company's specialists have confirmed their professional level by passing qualification exams in all areas of appraisal activity. The area of ​​"legal consulting" is actively developing, which allows "Invest Project" to provide complex services (for example, on the procedure for challenging the cadastral value).
