The Institute of property evaluation and financial activity

LLC "Institute for Property and Financial Activity Appraisal" was founded in 1998 by specialists with special training in the field of economics, law and land management. The main directions of the Institute's activities are concentrated around the issues of improving land and property relations through the development of both recommendations to enterprises and municipal and state authorities, and the implementation of directly large projects in all areas related to this topic. Joint work with customers has allowed all the years to constantly improve their professional level and become the largest appraisal company in Siberia and one of the leading consulting groups in Russia.

The organization cooperates with leading research centers in Europe and the United States (in particular, with the European Faculty of Land Management, Strasbourg, the Kleiber and Partners Association of Appraisers (Germany) and a number of others), joint projects with which allow summarizing foreign and domestic experience, identifying the main trends and problems of the development of the land market in various countries, to develop recommendations for public authorities, as well as large land users to improve the existing system of property relations.
