JC Schuwalowski is one of the most famous housing units in South-West Moscow, in one of the most prestigious parts of the city. The Complex is located in the Ramenka area of the ZO, at the intersection of the Lomonosovsky and Michurine Prospect, in a step of access from the subway. Motor vehicles were provided with a convenient exit to the Mičurinsky and Lomonosov Prospect, both outside the city (up to IKAD 7.5 km), and to the centre of Moscow (up to TTC 4.9 km, to the Sadskova ring 7.7 km, to Bulvarny 9.4 km).
