Residential building/Residential complex Tate

The TATE consists of two high housing units of 41 and 49 floors of single-stage stylobat. The project is located in the area of Marjina Roša (SWAO). Large roads, such as the Peace Prospect, the Savvy Val (Three Transport ring), are nearby, providing rapid access to and from the site. Pedestrian access is provided by the presence of nearby Marjina groves (BLC and Ljulinsk-Dmitrovsk Line) and by a single IDC-2 station. The Rizhski and Savlovsky Stocks are located east of the west.
