The Smolene Passage Business Centre is comfortable in terms of both pedestrian accessibility and automobile. The distance to the Sadov ring is a couple hundred metres (from the Smole area) it must be borne in mind that there is a unilateral movement on both sides of the building. It's not gonna be hard to get to the nearby Smolena subway station, because it's been in a few minutes of a bad walk from the building.
