The building is located at the Baumunsk Street 53s2 in the Basmanny area of the Central Administrative District of Moscow. Suitable transport access is provided by a neighbour with several live roads, and TTC allows for easy access to many parts of Moscow. There is a convenient exit in the direction of the Saudi ring through the Spartacus Street. The easy access of the building from the Baumana and Komsomolian subway stations is also noted for several minutes on foot.
