On the basis of the architectural project, the principle of " tectonic shifts " : the displacement of parts of the building relative to each other. Natural, natural materials were selected as internal design of the building. The business centre ' s residents are provided with a well-functioning roof and comfortable terrace. The overall concept of the project is also reflected in the design of lobbying and public spaces. The original design of the building was created by the Blank Architects, which has dozens of projects and hundreds of thousands of designed square metres in Russia and Europe.
